David Booysen is a South African Afrikaner former professional rugby league footballer of the 1920s who at representative level has played for Other Nationalities, and at club level for Wigan, playing at Centre, or Scrum-half/Halfback, i.e. number 3 or 4, or 7.[1] David Booysen played for Wigan in the same era as fellow South African Afrikaner Attie van Heerden.
